MASTER CLOTHING ARCHITECT LAUNCHES A CLOTHING LINE… MAYBE

gault1PARIS –Jean Paul Gaultier is thinking about junior. The French designer has signed a license agreement for children’s wear with France’s Zannier Group.

The first collection, consisting of about 120 pieces for girls and boys ages 2 to 14, is to be unveiled to the trade in January for the fall/winter 2009/2010 season.

Zannier, founded in 1962, produces and distributes kids’ wear under about 20 brands, including Little Marc Jacobs, Levi’s, Kenzo and Oxbow.
