 What can one say when a collection reminds you of an early Lacroix. I love Lacroix and if you’ve followed my blog you would know this. So with the Erdem show being completely opposite from the Summer 09 collection you would know that I am in love- Love ,Love, Love. It’s like looking through a kaleidoscope through 3-d glasses.  It’s almost hard to believe that another persons mind can see color how I see color. How I can in vision an outfit . Is Mr. Moralioglu my soul mate? I am in absolute love with this collection. Puff  Skirts with 3/4 length jackets. Body slim dresses with Floral aplique blazers. How can you not be in love. Erdem is one to look out for next season. I’m sure V magazine is going to eat this collection alive.

I would like to give my little review on one really good designer. unfortunately for my eye- it was hard to select photos from the show as I felt the styling was a bit off. Instead of giving you product they gave me clutter.. I did like the pieces individually, however, I just found to be a bit of an eye sore to try and find photos that I felt suitable for my blog.

Here are a few pieces that made the cut. It’s like wearing candy. It’s like bathing in delicious taffy. Love the color!!

If fashion could be in an era of grace and beauty. I think Alber Elbaz did it right. He was able to capture the glitz and glamour that made being a woman so exciting. The 40″s had that vivacious glamour than any other era. It was really hard for me to take the highlights from his show this season and condense it into a few photos. I am loving every moment happening on the catwalk. Now. Only if I could afford  a single piece this season. Damn!

We all know Dries Van Noten for the obscure prints the Layered upon layer fabric. But, I have to tell you. I love the muted color blocking that is happening right now. It almost seems like they were able to get the brightest colors and used a smoke process that allowed them to mute the colors. I love everything happening right now on the runways of Dries.. But, these are my favorites.
